Model 312 Bending Proof Tester

Metriguard's Model 312 Bending Proof Tester is the industry choice for quality control testing of all categories of machine graded lumber.  Its accuracy, convenience and repeatability provide reliable test data for your quality control program.

Standard features include roller bearing slip plates, adjustment range from 2x3 through 2x12 and metric sizes from 35 x 70 mm to 45 x 290 mm.  Span/depth ratio is 17 for sizes up to 2x8.  For 2x10, L/d=20 and for 2x12, L/d=16.44.

Fixtures are arranged so test specimens can be loaded from the side of the machine rather than from the end.  This reduces the floor space requirements while maintaining accuracy and repeatability.  Operators find this option adds to the convenience and ease of use.
